Sixteen year old Giovanni Ashman is the younger brother of Dayne Ashman, KC Old Boy and 2006 Jamaica Scholar. Following in his brother’s academic footsteps, he attended Vaz Prep prior to entering KC. Giovanni aced the GSAT math exams with a perfect 100% score.
This year he took the CXC exam in nine subjects and achieved level 1 in eight subjects and level 2 in one subject. His subjects included: Math, English A, English B, History, Spanish, Biology, Information Technology and Physics. Chemistry was his only level 2 subject.
Giovanni has maintained an ‘A’ Average over the past five years and has been awarded
trophies for academic excellence each year at Prize Giving. In sports, he has represented Kingston College in football at all Levels: Pepsi Under 14, Under 16 And Manning Cup.
He is now in lower 6th form pursuing Maths, Physics and Chemistry and hopes to specialize in one of the branches of engineering.
