Son of KC old boy Tops GSAT passes to Kingston College

Brandon Bailey of Holy Childhood Prep School, with an average score of 95% in 5 subjects, tied with Vaughn Morgan of Mountain View Primary for first place among the 300 students we were placed at KC in the 2006 GSAT examinations.

Brandon Bailey is the son of KCOB Richard Bailey.  The overall average score for the placements was 75%. The Mathematics average was 90%, Sciences 85%. The overall average was brought down by lower scores in social studies, English and composition. Vaz `prep recorded the most passes overall with 21 of the 64 from all preparatory schools which included Wolmers, Mona, Stella Maris, St. Peters and Paul, Hydel, Quest, Queens, Holy Childhood, St. Andrew, St. Catherine and Santa Cruz.

The primary schools were largely drawn from Waterford, Ascot, Greater Portmore, Excelsior, Balmagie, Spanish Town, Mountain View, Pembroke Hall, St. Richards, George Headley, Duhaney Park, Mona, Harbour View, Rollington Town, Jessi Ripoll, Denham Town and St Albans.
