The Annual General Meeting of members of the Kingston College Old Boys' Association (Toronto Chapter) will be held at the Delta Toronto Airport West Hotel, 5444 Dixie Road , Mississauga , Ontario , on Friday the 23 rd of June 2006 at 7:00 pm .

The meeting will address the following:
Receiving and considering the report of the directors containing the financial
Statements for the year ended May 30 th , 2006 and the report of the auditors thereon.
Electing officers
Appointing auditors and authorizing the directors to fix their remuneration
The transaction of such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
