Australian Cricketer Brendan Nash headed for Jamaica and WI is Son Of KCOB Paul Nash

According to a report on cricketweb.net, Australian born batsman, Brendan Paul Nash, is planning to leave “down under” in order to play cricket for Jamaica next year and eventually represent the West Indies.
Brendan is the son of Paul Nash, KC old boy and former Olympic swimmer for Jamaica. His father represented Jamaica at the 1968 Olympic games in Mexico City and the 1966 and 1970 Commonwealth games. His father was Jamaica’s sportsman of the year in 1969.
Brendan was born in Perth and grew up in Cairns, Australia where he started playing cricket at

age 6. He is a middle order batsman and he bats left handed. His highest first class score was 176 against New South Wales at the Gabba in 2003. He is also a handy left-arm medium pace bowler.
