KC U19 Team Clinches National Senior Basketball Title

Kingston College defeated Ardenne High School 59-54 to take the ISSA/KFC National Senior School Basketball title at the National Stadium Courts on Friday, April 18, 2008.
The competition's MVP, Omari Green, led the 'Purples' with a game high 22 points and 13 rebounds and received good support from Brian Lecky and Christopher Crawford who had 10 points each.
Vision Designs Sports Club of the Turks and Caicos Islands has invited KC to its first annual under 20 BEST OF THE BEST high school Basketball Tournament running from May 2-4, 2008. Teams participating in this basketball tournament are Bahamas, Jamaica, Haiti, Cayman Islands and host country Turks and Caicos Islands.
Vision Designs Sports Club will be responsible for accommodation and ground transportation. The club has also undertaken to cover one half of KC’s air fare for a team of 10 players, one head coach and one team official. Coach Andrew Jackson is appealing for assistance from the KC family.
