During a recent official visit to Toronto , Senator Delano Franklyn, Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Foreign Trade in the Jamaican Government; was the guest of the Kingston College Old Boys' Association ( Toronto ) at a private reception held in his honor at the Delta Hotel - Airport West - Mississauga , Sunday November 27th.
Senator Franklyn , an Attorney at Law, has responsibilities for Jamaican diaspora affairs and graduated from Kingston College in the late 1970s.
